In today’s episode, we discuss Padraig Buttner-Schnirer, Raymond Baril, and Dr.Allan Gilliland’s ongoing project involving the recording and production of two full-length albums of music performed by the MacEwan Generations Big Band. The project is called Generations and features original compositions by current students, faculty, and alumni, perfect for MacEwan’s recently celebrated 50th anniversary. The three talk about how their talents in recording, performance, and composition came together to create this project.
