Her focus is on improving the quality of nursing services provided to individuals who are struggling with mental health and addiction disorders. We discuss her work in developing pedagogical approaches that support post-secondary nursing education and how to implement empirically-driven studies that contribute to a better understanding of professional nursing practice. Additionally, we explore ways to support effective public health policy formulation.
